  • Your phone — $0, right now.
    Turn on Personal Hotspot, join it from your laptop, open the floor. One phone carries a laptop. Every carrier covers downtown.
  • A backup line per building — about $20 a month.
    5G backup internet on its own CITY-BRIDGE Wi-Fi, never touching the City network. City IT stages it before it's needed; staff just join it.
  • A go-kit for rooms with no signal — about $500.
    Starlink Mini, a 100W battery and a travel router in one case. $55 a month only while it's in use, $5 on standby. One kit carries a room.
The Line

Hear each other. Push to talk, from any phone.

  • Talk.
    Hold one button and everyone on your net hears you. One net per team or building — pick a code your crew knows. Works with a headset or the phone in your hand.
  • See your crews.
    A radar puts every device on your net at its real bearing and distance from you, with speed. Field crews stop guessing where each other are.
  • Behind the same login.
    The Line lives on the floor. Same emailed code, same shield, same switch — when City IT closes the floor, the Line goes quiet with it. Nothing to install.
If something's wrong
  • No signal
    Turn on Personal Hotspot on your phone and join it. In a City building, join the CITY-BRIDGE Wi-Fi.
  • No code email
    Check spam. Press Resend. Codes last 10 minutes.
  • The floor says BRIDGE CLOSED
    City IT shut it on purpose. Call City IT. It reopens by itself when they open it.
